The popular large-scale game, “Pigg Life”, operated by CyberAgent, Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Susumu Fujita, TSE Mothers Listed: Securities Identification code 4751), releases “Pigg Life Anywhere(Dokodemo Pigg Life)”, a service for the smartphone browser, on July 5, 2012.

The “Pigg Life Anywhere” service enables users to enjoy “Pigg Life” with smartphones, which is a popular large-scale game in the “Ameba Pigg” for PCs. With the “Pigg Life Anywhere”, a part of the functions*1 of the “Ameba Pigg” for PCs will be available on smartphones, and users can enjoy growing vegetables, fruits and plants in a virtual garden and cooking harvested crops. The smartphone version is connected with the PC version, and the growth and level of crops on a PC is the same as on a smartphone. Therefore, users can enjoy “Pigg Life” even when they are outside or on the move with no access to a PC. Users will also enjoy the operational feeling unique to smartphones such as easily harvesting crops by tapping on the screen.

“Ameba Pigg”, which has currently over 11.9 million users (as of the end of March 2012), is vigorously expanding its smartphone services. Users can enjoy various functions such as chancing outfits, visiting over 200 areas, and “chatting” with pigg friends. Various games such as “Fishing game” and “Casino game” are also provided on smartphones, in addition to “Pigg Life” which is released on July 5. We are planning to expand and improve our services for both PC users and smartphone users, and will aggressively develop new services for the users in the smartphone market, which is expected to expand quickly.

*1: The functions such as creating new pigg, display of avatar, outfit change, chat, visiting, and exchange of items are only available on PCs.
