1. What is your current role at CyberAgent America?

I work in the corporate management division and handle wide variety of tasks ranging from financing and accounting to legal issues and human resource management.

2. What made you decide to join the Company?

I learned that the company attracts many young talented people and that it empower them so that people can learn much rapidly. It is how people can make bigger contribution to the company. Everybody here at the company is very ambitious and is very proud of being part of CyberAgent America.

3. What do you find rewarding about working for CyberAgent America?

I find many things rewarding about working here, but these three points are most important to me:
- To have helpful colleagues that work together.
- To have a chance to help build the company.
- The chance to have my opinions directly reflected upon the company’s decision making process

4. What kind of person would you like to join the company?

I enjoy coming to work every day at this office for many reasons.
I would like to work with the type of person who takes full responsibility of his work, values working with others, and enjoys challenges.

1. 現在の業務内容を教えてください

バックオフィス担当として、経理・人事・財務・会計・法務などの社内管理部門の仕組みの整備を行っています。

3. 仕事におけるやりがいを教えてください

沢山のやりがいがありますが、大きく3点をあげます。
- お互いを高め合い、助け合う仲間に囲まれて仕事が出来ること!
- 会社を創り上げていくチャンスがあること!
- 私の意見が会社の経営に反映されるとき。

4. どんな人と一緒に働きたいですか?

自分自身の仕事に責任を持ちながら、チームワークを大切にする人、挑戦することを楽しいと思える人。
