1. Why did you decide to work for CyberAgent America?

CAA is a very innovative company and is growing every day. So I knew that this was a place where I could accomplish my goal. CAA has the ability and knowledge to be one of the biggest companies in the industry, and I knew if I could take a small part in that success, then I would be happy.

2. What are you going to challenge at CyberAgent America?

I believe I can provide unique insight into the American market and help establish CAA as one of the best places to work. I would also like challenge CAA to think outside the box and be open to different opportunities as they come.

3. What is the culture of CyberAgent America?

CAA is like no other place I have worked before. I want to succeed; not only for myself, but for the entire team and company. I enjoy coming to work each and every day and it is all because of the empowerment and space given to me to grow by everyone that works here. We work as a team and win as a team and to me, nothing is more rewarding than that.

4. What would you like to accomplish while working with CAA?

The fact that CAA is open to new ideas and opportunities means that there is unlimited potential for me to grow and become a leader here. With CAA, the Sky really is the limit!

CAAは私が今まで働いた職場とは全く異なった文化を持っています。働いているメンバーは、みな自分の成功を掴みたい。しかし、それは自分自身のためだけではなく、チームや会社全体のために成功したいと思える雰囲気を持っています。毎日仕事へ来るのが楽しいですが、それはCAAで働くみんながお互いに、それぞれの仕事を尊重しあい、成長の機会を与えあっているからです。私たちは、チームとして働き、チームとして成果を分かち合う、私にとっては、それ以上にやりがいとなるものはありません。
