Shinichi is the Founder, President and CEO of CyberAgent America. He helped launch the company in 2008 to expand CyberAgent Co., Ltd.’s international presence. Prior to establishing CyberAgent America, Shinichi launched many profitable businesses at CyberAgent Co., Ltd., where he continues to serve as its COO. These businesses include establishing online game companies and leading strategic investments in various companies based in China and Vietnam, several of which led to successful IPOs..
Before joining CyberAgent Co., Ltd. in 2000, Shinichi worked at ITOCHU Corporation. Shinichi holds a Bachelor’s in Law from Waseda University, Tokyo.

早稲田大学法学部を卒業後、伊藤忠商事の財務部門、金融部門を経て、2000年3月にサイバーエージェントに入社。
ベンチャーキャピタル事業やオンラインゲーム事業等、数多くの事業を立ち上げ、会社の成長に貢献。ベンチャーキャピタル事業では日本をはじめ、中国、ベトナム等の優良なベンチャー企業に投資し、多くのIPO実績を挙げている。
2008年2月に、サイバーエージェントの海外事業を本格的に展開するために、
CyberAgent Americaを設立。現在サイバーエージェントの専務取締役COOも務めている。
