RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and implement community relations strategy.
- Create community relations internal business processes.
- Work closely with Product Management to define web user experience for designers.
- Generate ideas as to how to engage, grow, and enable community.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years Experience in customer support for social games or services.
- Excited about working in a fast-moving start-up.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skill.
